Payment
All major Credit/Debit Cards, are acceptable methods of payment. Payment in full is due at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel an order, you must do so by contacting us at 845-522-5050. If you contact us before we make your collar, we will gladly cancel the transaction.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 15 days of the transaction. Please follow the procedures listed in our Return Policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return Policy
If within 15 days you’re unsatisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a refund. The product must be unused, and in its original packaging. There will be no refunds on embroidered items unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact us via email or by phone at 845-522-5050 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All items must be returned to K9 Stitch, 28 Pommel Drive, Newburgh, NY 12550.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item by mail for a replacement. If returning the item, please follow the procedures listed in our Return Policy.
Error-Related Returns
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will cover shipping expenses to have the item returned to us. We will correct the errors, and ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
Shipping Policy
We ship with the United States Postal Service, Federal Express, and UPS.
We only ship to addresses within the United States. No International Shipping is available.
We offer three shipping methods for most items:
Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days)
2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
1-Day Shipping (1 business day)
Please Note: Shipping times do not include the amount of time it takes to process an order before it is given to the shipping carrier
