Description

Our Buddy Badge tags take the concept of an identification tag one step further. Typical tags are limited in the information they provide. A simple name and number is great, but should you not be home or miss that call, your dog is stranded with a stranger until you’re located.

Micro-chipping is always a good idea, but should your dog get lost in the middle of the night, the person finding him may not know where the nearest vet or shelter is located. They might not even know about microchips.

The Buddy Badge tag provides a web page (www.k9stitch.com) and a toll free number that will provide multiple contact numbers to ensure you can be contacted.

Once you receive your tag, you will be asked to log into our site or call us to update the contact information for your dog.

You can list your neighbors, your parents, your vet, or anyone you feel will be able to help get your dog back home. You can even upload your dogs photo, so there is no mistaking that they have found your pet. You can update this information at any time, should your number ever change, or you move. The alternate contact information is critical. Should you forget to update your own information, it is likely that your backup contacts will know how to track you down. Not only will your information be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week online, but our toll free number will also be provided so that the person who finds your dog can call us and speak to an actual person. We will relay the contact information you have provided us, so that your dog can be returned home safely.

Our Buddy Badge tags are made of anodized aluminum and are available in 5 colors (Black, Blue, Green, Purple, and Red). Each tag is shaped like a badge, and has a unique ID number engraved into it. The ID number cannot rub off like some other pre-printed tags.

Combine the Buddy Badge with one of our embroidered collars, and you will substantially increase the chances of finding your dog should the unthinkable happen and he gets lost.
